From the moment you tap "Rent now" to the day we haul the unit away, here's everything that happens — and what it costs. No surprises baked in.

Section 01 · Delivery

What to expect on delivery day.

We'll text the day before, again the morning of, and again 30 minutes out. Most installs are wrapped up in under an hour.

Before

We confirm the space.

A few photos of the spot and the route in — even just a quick phone snap. Stairs, doorways, gas vs. electric.

Arrival

Two-person team, padded dollies.

Floors get covered with mats, corners get padded. We treat your floors like our own.

Install

Hookups, leveling, leak-check, calibration.

Power on. Full test cycle on washers. Ice maker primed on fridges. We don't leave until it runs.

Haul-away

Free haul-away of your old unit.

Working or not. We responsibly dispose of it through certified recyclers. No fee, no surprises.

Section 02 · Rental terms

How the math works.

One flat monthly rate covers the appliance, install, and service. No credit checks, no rent-to-own escalators — just one predictable bill.

Pricing

Flat monthly rate, no escalators.

$75/mo for a washer + dryer set up to $150/mo for a Comfort Bundle. What you pay month one is what you pay every month after.

Contract

6-month minimum, then month-to-month.

Most rentals start with a 6-month minimum. After that it's month-to-month with 14 days' notice to cancel. Pause for deployment and we stop billing.

Deposit

$200 deposit · no credit check.

A $200 refundable deposit applies — or we can reduce it to one month's rent. No credit check. Your first month is collected the day before delivery.

Service area

LA · Orange · Riverside · San Diego.

Same flat rate across the service area, with free delivery within 20 miles of our Long Beach hub. Move within the area and we transfer your rental at no charge.

Section 03 · Maintenance

Something off? We swap it out.

Free service for the life of the rental. If your machine has an issue, we swap it for a working unit within 24–48 hours — then repair the original back at our shop, out of your hair.

Standard

Swapped out within 24–48 hours.

Text 562-213-9988 with what's happening. We bring a working unit, take the troubled one with us, and have you running again — usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Urgent

Leaks and no-power get priority.

Text or call — for an active leak or a dead unit we move you to the front of the line and get a replacement out as fast as we can during business hours.

Replacement

We repair it back at our shop.

Your swapped-out unit gets fixed on our bench, not in your laundry room. If it can't be fixed economically, the working unit you already have just stays. You don't pay anything.

Wearables

Hoses, vents, water lines.

We replace standard hookup parts at every install — and again at every service visit if they look tired. On us.

Section 04 · Pickup & return

Done is just a phone call.

Whenever you're ready — moved, bought your own, or just done — let us know. We'll be by within the week.

Notify

14 days notice to wrap up.

Email or call. Pick a pickup window. Final billing prorates to the pickup date — you only pay for days you have the unit.

Disconnect

We handle disconnect and removal.

Hoses capped, water shut off, gas line capped if applicable. Floor is left the way we found it.

Inspection

No nickel-and-dime damage charges.

Normal wear is normal. Visible drum dings, missing parts, smoke damage — we'll let you know if anything is unusual. Otherwise the account closes clean.

Refund

Deposit back within 14 days.

Your refundable deposit — plus any prorated overpayment — goes back to the card on file within 14 days of pickup. You won't have to ask.
