We serve military families living off-base across LA, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties. Most PCS families end up off-base for at least the first months anyway while they wait for on-base housing. We're actively working with MCCS at Camp Pendleton on base-access credentials and will expand the program when they're approved.

Free service for as long as you rent. Moving within SoCal? Same rental, new address — no transfer charge. PCS-ing out? We pick up, no early-return fee.

Do you have base-access credentials on file?

Not at this time — we're actively working toward that. For now we serve military families living off-base across LA, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties. If you're in our service area, we can deliver, install, and service your appliances at your residence.

What if my orders push back or get cancelled?

No fee. We hold your slot for up to 30 days of date changes, and if orders are cancelled outright we walk away with no charge. You only pay when an appliance is installed in your home.

Can I transfer the rental to a new duty station?

Within our service area (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties), yes — at no transfer charge. If you're heading out of SoCal, we'll pick up the unit on your move-out date and close out the account.

How fast can you deliver after I send in dates?

Most PCS installs go in within 5 business days of confirmation. Same-week is the norm. If you've got a Sunday move-in and need it ready Monday, just say so — we have weekend slots for military families.

What about deployments? Can I pause the rental?

Yes. For deployments of 60+ days we pause billing and either store the unit or leave it in place — your call. No restart fee.
