01 · What's included
One flat monthly rate covers the appliance and everything around it. No install fees, no service-trip charges, no surprise add-ons.
Two-person team, padded dollies, hookups, leveling, leak-check. Free within 20 miles of our Long Beach hub; $40 beyond.
If you have an old washer or dryer, we take it on the same trip. Recycled responsibly, no extra fee.
If a machine acts up we swap it for a working one in 24–48 hours and repair the original on our bench — not in your laundry room.
Reducible to one month's rent if needed. Returned within 14 days of pickup when the unit is returned in good condition.
Standard residential rentals don't pull your credit. First month plus the deposit at delivery — that's it.
After the first six months it's month-to-month with 14 days' notice to cancel. No early-termination fee at the standard rate.

02 · Who rents from us
Most of our customers aren't planning to own a washer and dryer for ten years. They need a clean rental for a real chapter — and that's what we built.
Why drop $1,500 on a washer when you're still figuring out the city? Skip the box store. We deliver, install, and you pay one flat monthly rate — no big upfront cost, no haul-away when life changes again.
A new washer and dryer set runs $700 to $2,200. Splitting that across roommates is a math problem nobody wants to do. We rent the unit, you split the monthly. When someone moves out, the math doesn't get awkward.
You could buy a $1,500 washer and dryer at the new station, then sell or move it again at your next PCS. Or skip that loop. We deliver, install, and pick up when you get new orders. Military rate available with LES and PCS orders.
A new set is $700 to $2,200 plus a week of waiting. Same-week delivery across LA, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego. Full install within five days. If anything goes wrong, we swap the unit in 24 to 48 hours.
